If you do not want to refill the BabyMilk every time you're using it, we recommend filling the BabyMilk to the MAX fill line. The amount of water you'll need to add for a single use varies based on how much milk/food you're warming, the starting temperature of the milk/food (frozen, room temperature, etc.)
